Women in creator marketing

It’s Women History Month!

Empower. Honor. Inspire.

That’s what women do, especially in creator marketing.

Who runs the creator marketing world? Girls.

According to data from Statista, there are way more women influencers than men. Roughly 84% of all social media influencers are women and only 16% are men.

Why do women dominate the creator marketing world?

Authenticity. Women on social media are way more likely than men to share personal stories and thus resulting in a deeper connection with family, friends, and other like-minded individuals.

High-quality photos and videos are up there in importance, but authenticity adds a depth that even a high-definition camera can not capture on its own.

In this “Creator Spotlight” series, we want to celebrate the creators behind our campaigns. Keep reading to get to know Janice Liou’s story and to celebrate her creative journey with us. As you’ll see for yourself, she is a talented creator marketing expert that uses her video editing skills to showcase brands in a unique and innovative way.
