    Open Influence, a leader in social influencer marketing, is looking for a Los Angeles based Account Manager to join our high performing influencer marketing team!

     The Account Manager is responsible for delivering superior client service for various Open Influence clients. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely detailed with experience managing large, complex influencer marketing campaigns The AM will lead the execution of influencer campaigns, from kickoff to reporting, and will act as a liaison between internal departments, influencers and clients to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met. 

    Candidates for this position are highly motivated, self-assured team players with strong client service and social media skills. You will be a part of a high caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. This is a high velocity, client-facing role requiring deep industry expertise and a proven ability for executing large influencer centered advertising deals.

     Role & Responsibilities:

    • Manage post-sale influencer campaign execution from kick-off to reporting
    • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for discerning clients, while managing talent relations on the back-end
    • Manage high volume and fast paced email communications with influencers, from the initial sourcing and negotiations, guiding the creative development of content, and ensuring roll out aligns with the campaign goals and KPIs
    • Address daily client needs and requests related to the campaign, or other ancillary asks, in a timely strategy-oriented manner
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on results
    • Act as an internal advocate for your clients by providing strategic market feedback and participating in product development with the Open Influence team
    • Support with pre-sale planning, working closely with cross-functional teams (sales and creative) to ensure strategy aligns with client goals

     Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum 3-4 years client-facing, agency experience is preferred
    • Experience in building and optimizing digital and social media plans, particularly focused on influencer marketing
    • A strong grasp of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
    • Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle a high volume of email communications on a daily basis
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

    Open Influence, a leader in influencer marketing, is looking for an Account Manager with deep marketing agency experience, who is also a bilingual Spanish speaker, to join our high performing influencer marketing team!

     The Account Manager is responsible for delivering superior client service for various Open Influence clients. The ideal candidate for this position must have experience managing large, complex influencer marketing campaigns. The AM will lead the execution of influencer campaigns, from kickoff to reporting. They will act as a liaison between internal departments, brand clients and influencers to ensure campaign strategy is successfully executed, manage talent fulfillment of campaign deliverables, and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize based on key learnings. 

    Candidates for this position are highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, self-assured team players with strong client service and digital marketing skills. You will be a part of a high caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. This is a high velocity, client-facing role requiring deep industry expertise and a proven ability for executing large influencer centered advertising deals. We do not represent or manage a roster of influencers directly, which is why candidates should be able to approach campaigns from a brand-centric lens.

    The Account Coordinator is responsible for delivering superior influencer communication for each Open Influence client, working closely with the Account Management team. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely detail-oriented. The AC will liaison between account managers and influencers to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met. The AC will collaborate with Account Managers on large strategic accounts from execution to reporting. Candidates for this position are highly motivated, self-assured team players with strong communication and social media skills. You will be a part of a high-caliber team in an industry that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. This is a high velocity and fast-paced role requiring industry expertise and a proven ability for planning and managing marketing campaigns.

    Role & Responsibilities: 

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution 
    • Support the account management team by serving as the liaison between account managers and influencer talent for campaign execution 
    • Analyze campaigns and communicating with the account management team to optimize performance
    • Take ownership of the influencer search and selection process 
    • Create campaign data spreadsheets and consistently update them 
    • Conduct the vetting and negotiation with potential campaign talent 
    • Ensure influencer content creation is following all brand guidelines and legal requirements 
    • Campaign specific tasks may include detailed screening of campaign analytics & daily monitoring of post activity

    Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Strategist will be an integral part of the Los Angeles

    creative team. As a Creative Strategist, you will work collaboratively to guide clients on how to strategically leverage influencer talent, social platforms, and technology to reach target audiences in a creative and cost-effective way.

    Responsibilities

    ● Work with the Creative Team to develop detailed, multi-platform social influencer strategies

    ● Distill client briefs, conduct research, and analysis to develop strategic concepts and plans that address client needs

    ● Continue to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the main social media platforms and the latest social/influencer related trends

    ● Create impactful presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the strategic plan

    ● Ability to clearly communicate and defend the rationale behind the recommended strategy

    ● Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients’ needs. Contribute insights that provide strategic context and elevate the creative team’s work.

    ● Ability to manage a high volume of work

    Experience/Requirements

    ● 3 – 5 years of experience in creative writing, strategy, social media, or other related creative fields

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a creative and strategic thinker

    able to connect our client’s goals through a logical approach. You can take a complex concept and present it in a way that is easy to understand.

    ● Understand the RFP process, analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response

    ● Dynamic and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and be held accountable for multiple projects with fast turnarounds

    ● Time management skills

    ● Experience working with influencer related concepts/strategies

    ● Understanding of the Influencer space, branded content, and the social/digital advertising landscape
