The foundation of the success of influencer marketing is the power of human connection. Influencers have the ability to connect audiences to brands on an emotional level.
As you might know, one of our mottoes here at Open Influence is humans love humans. Another thing that humans love is love. Why is there so much influencing power in social media couples?
Two is better than one. Here are two reasons:
- There is an emotional connection that naturally presents itself in the content. There’s no denying that people love love. When it comes to social media, users easily find themselves falling in love with influencer couples and connecting with them on a deeper level, like in a romantic film. However, it’s not a fictional story; it’s real.
- Brands obtain double to exposure when both influencers post. If you’re only working with one, it’s almost guaranteed that the other will organically support the campaign from the sidelines by liking, commenting, or sharing.
