Constanza didn’t discover content creation. She grew up doing it before it had a name. As a kid in Chile, she and her sister would raid the family camera, throw on wigs and costumes, and shoot videos for no audience but themselves. When social media arrived, her reaction was simple: duh.

Since then she has built a creative practice that refuses a single category — singer, actress, dancer, comedian, sound healer, harp player. Her content reflects all of it, and somehow holds together. The throughline isn’t a niche. It’s a point of view: that creativity, wellness, and self-expression aren’t separate lanes but the same road.

How did your content creator journey begin?

I’ve been doing this since before content creation was a thing. When we were kids, my sister and I both loved grabbing our parents’ camera and just shooting videos and content. We would put on wigs and costumes. When social media became a thing, it was like — duh, this is what we’ve been doing since we were kids.

How do you decide what to post and what to keep private?

I really curate what I post. Everything that is related to my brand as an artist and will create a positive impact on whoever’s watching — that’s a good thumbs-up to share. And whoever I’m sharing an experience with, I’m very respectful of their privacy. My mom is super private, so she will not want to be on social media. We keep her out of it.

What is your go-to ritual after posting?

I make sure everything is properly displayed, and I share it on my stories. I post on all the apps, then I start answering comments. Usually I take the first 15 to 30 minutes to focus on engagement, and after that I just let it be.

What do you like to do when you are not online?

Just completely disconnecting. I’m online most of the day, but when I’m not, I don’t even have my phone close by. I love to share a nice meal with friends or loved ones and just be really present in the moment.

What app do you use the most, other than social platforms?

I have this tuner app that helps me keep my harp tuned all the time. I definitely cannot live without the tuner.

What has been one of your favorite campaigns you have worked on?

I worked with Snapchat at La Onda Festival in Napa Valley. They flew me there and I created a bunch of content with them. I interviewed a lot of artists. Very intense and so awesome to be a part of something that big.

What advice would you give yourself when you were just getting started?

Not to stress so much about what the audience wants and just do what really feels good with you. Be honest, authentic, and truthful with yourself — the right people will resonate. That will inspire more.
