[Campaign US] Question of the Week: What ad agency leaders will ‘Give to Gain’ this International Women’s Day

With March designated as Women’s History Month, it’s only fitting that International Women’s Day (IWD) is set in the same month, specifically on March 8. However, IWD isn’t just a designated day; it’s also an organization, founded 115 years ago in 1911.

Every year since 1996, IWD has a theme, and this year is no different. For 2026, the organization’s theme is “Give to Gain,” which encourages generosity and collaboration and emphasizes “the power of reciprocity and respect.”

For Campaign’s Question of the Week (QotW) series (with this edition themed after Women’s History Month), women leaders across various advertising and marketing agencies were asked to share what they would “Give to Gain,” touching upon gender equality and the feeling of community and purpose within their respective agencies.

Maggie Reznikoff, chief client officer at Open Influence, told Campaign she would provide women with sponsorship and belief, as developing their careers can shape the future of the industry.
